This buying spree and timing made no sense...

Insider buying or company buying...Not likley... PTSC can only buy 10% of average volume insiders cant trade on unknown info...

Tyco license... not likley ..why wait half a day and start buying...

Court action....possible but...(we saw a court ruling before cause volume increase we found out when the pacer came out later) Lecky was at the meeting,,, no court action today...

Company reps & Lecky at the meeting...

so any thoughts.. 5.4 million volume a 16 time increase of normal volume.... volume slightly over in the morning then BAM less hour before the meeting ...

any thoughts????
