Can someone categorically tell me how the BOD could collude with TPL at the expense of PTSC shareholders? I think the simple answer is they can't control Leckrone and they aren't the most motivated. Was the inaction in pressing Leckrone on the commingling issue based on collusion or ineptitude? I say ineptitude and fear of angering Leckrone.
