Lecky is pretty stupid to say he does not want to go to trial at the SHM. Do you think that the T3 do not have someone monitoring this board , especially after the SH meeting to find out what was said.

Even with a favorable markman, they now know he does not want to go to trial. He just cost us 10s of million of $ in a smaller settlement than if they did not know he wanted to avoid trial.
