Since everybody got to post their concerns on how the SHM went. With the majority expressing their same doubts. If we have a true influence on the SP I would have to say we should sell off.

This stock has always been about waiting . The end of Feb. will be here before you know it. If we do get a strong Markman ruling. TPL will settle without spending anymore money.

Just Maybe the T3 won't settle and push it all the way to a trial. I don't think thats likely.

I also find it odd that Apple has no problem going on TV talking about their latest infringement law suit. Yet they insist on no disclosure of our Lic. That I believe is BS.

Tpl/Ptsc BOD still gets a big thumbs down from me! Its time to show me the money.
