Hey Ron , thanks for talking to cliff . As much as he talked about hating his life as CEO of PTSC I like the guy and I believe that he is not just going through the motions. ............what we learned is that we do have more control over what TPL does but at the end if the day we are just bystanders in the signing process."...........
I told Cliff that besides being shareholders we are their BIGGEST FANS when it comes to the the success of PTSC.......I told him of our emense frustration over the lack of communication and i was guy who clapped and started the 3 clapping gigs..
There were shareholders who had a Ton of shares there and if you show them some love , you will get the benefit of the doubt........I told him that all idea should be considered and just because it comes from someone out of the loop-a shareholders it needs to be considered...........We are praying for the company's success and that includes the people who believe that the board is not doing its job............
We the unhappy are praying for the success of PTSC ..........
This is my third Lecky show and some of the posters have no clue that the 3 million shares that he owns goes back at least 4 years....It impressed some , they are not up on his holdings..........
I did appreciate Lecky saying that we can not be a bull in a china shop and just go the distance , some times it is wiser to take a fair deal".........let's hope that his best interests now are aligned with ours...
To sell now is foolishish after being here 13 years.....It is worth the gamble to wait this out.....,
I do understand Cliff not wanting to buy any shares since 4 kids in college does not leave much over........
Just ranting as we will not change the structure of the company......The shareholders meeting was a success in that tthe shareholders were all rational the guards were able to eat some of the free cookies if they wanted......there were no confrontations........
Let's have a green tomorrow......no reason for a sell off since we have a chance of success , where several months ago there was none..."......Hang tough......Larry
