What I think it means is that a technicality that should have been cleared up years ago, has now been taken care of thanks to Cliff. Why Carl Johnson our director, who also happens to be counsel to Swartz, never did this is inexcusible. AFter all, Carl (and Gloria) were paid for their part in consummating the master agreement. Was it ignored on purpose and if so for what reason. If it was just plain laziness ....that's reprehensible..it's what they are being paid for.
