Nite Has been on the bid for the last few weeks. Not sure when he came back exactly but I believe ever since the stock started moving up from 7-8 cents.. Also PTSC has always indicated that they are limited by daily volume, the increase in volume gives them the authority to buy more shares. So it might be PTSC with it's new money "returning value to shareholders" by purchasing stock on the open mkt.
