Cliff merely reitereated what he indicated in his Q&A back on 12/2/11:

"...While PTSC has not ruled out returning cash to its shareholders, no action in this regard is expected to be undertaken until significant uncertainties surrounding the business, litigation, and the licensing program is resolved."
