I didn't read about any material events, at the SHM, that would require an 8K. Someone asked the PTSC BOD about dividends and they acknowledged that was a potential strategy based on the amount of revenue flowing in. I didn't read anything about them announcing dividend distributions as inevitable. Corrections Welcome.
