Higgins represented PTSC.....
San Diego Union Tribune...by Bruce V. Bigelow
BUSINESS June 23, 1996
``One of my partners would refer to this as `a bluebird,``` says Willis E. Higgins, a Palo Alto patent attorney who represents Patriot. ``It`s something that just comes along. A stroke of luck.``
Higgins new of it since August 3, 1989....seven years previous....then in 1996 calling it a stroke of luck.
``Moore`s lawyers have asked the court to keep some docs sealed from public view, including some depositions (I think Higgins` is one of them)``
Would this be considered a conflict of interest....if so who initiated it...Moore or PTSC ? Why would Higgins get involved seeing there could be a conflict ?
All this from a guy who liked to do things simple....he suddenly gets involved handing off assignments in 12/2003...might as well say 2004....a Johnny come lately to his own life work....more than likely beseech by others.
