That could be true until the 53 million is paid off. If there is a settlement for 253 million I think there would be 200 million to work with for dividends.

I am not thinking settlements in 10's of millions. Maybe the infringers are.... but with a successful ruling they will awaken from their wishful dreams to a financial payout nightmare. GLTAL
