Apparently Apple won a lawsuit and was declared that they did not infringe on HTC Patents that were supposed to be “Power saving”. Sound like PTSC Patents to me, smells like PTSC Patents to me…….

And if they are…. They are going to lose when Judge Ware declare them with the big “L”!
