I humbly suggest that the licensing landscape changed dramatically thanks to the Portfolio's triumphant emergence from 17 (unprecedented) attacks over the past 60 months.
Much to the chagrin of the BIG Specical Interest that was bend on invalidating our Patents, this hard fought battle has effectively strengthened, not weaked our hand.
As Friedrich Nietzsche said 'What does not kill us makes us stronger.'
With this new found strength, we are well positioned to executive our business plan and license the remaining 450+ infringing companies that are making a mint off of our Intellectual Property.
With legal precedence (Judge Ward's decision in Texas), unquestionable commercial success, and a newly reunified MMP, I feel we are 'days-weeks' away from meaningful share price appreciation, and not 'weeks-months.'
My opinion.
The long pole in the tent is the Honorable Judge Ware's decision in Northern California. With his positive ruling, we will soar!!!
