Settling prior to a Markman with all parties is not in our best interests. I could see settlements with 1 or 2, but even then, with a favorable Markman result, our negotiating position gets stronger. Obviously the converse is true as well. IF Leckrone is correct in his confidence regarding the Markman, then it is prudent to wait. We shall see ... Keeping my fingers crossed.
