We didn't just 'sniff out' anything. It isn't difficult to identify possible infringers. I highly doubt we didn't know about Seagate prior to the court documents documenting their involvement. I stopped reading your post after you stated we are in trouble based on your 'contingency' point, where it appears you are bouncing from thought to thought to keep the thread going. There are a lot of people who have been here for years and can distinguish between various types of posts.
