Without delving too much into it, I say the new documents are Seagate's way of delaying the enviable. All they have left in their defense is to try to hit the court with a mountain of papers to sift through that could summarize in a couple of paragraphs. You want me to believe Seagate didn’t come out of the corner with their gloves up. Ok just my personal opinion.
