Sorry everyone, time for me to chime in.
Everyone is entitled to post here, whatever they want - within Agora's 6 rules. As much as some here might dislike that thought, it includes legal opinions as well. I see absolutely nothing in the rules that forbids it. There is misinformation being posted all the time on this board about everything, but no one is suggesting we stop speculating about everything PTSC. And exactly what is it about PTSC that isn't of a legal nature? Licensing - legal. Contracts - legal. SEC requirements - legal. Patents - legal. Patent reexams - legal. Suspected criminal activity - legal. Proxys - legal. Litigation - legal. I'm not going to continue, you get the idea. Exactly what do we have left to discuss that is not LEGAL in some fashion?
However, if one is speculating based on nothing, - no facts or logical reasoning - then that ought to be made crystal clear to everyone in the same post. Some people take pokes at SGE1 for some stuff that he posted years ago. But SGE1 always included the disclaimer that he KNEW NUTTIN and was DILUSIONAL when the speculation warranted it. When such disclaimers are included, I see no harm in speculating on anything PTSC.
Just my opinion, which I know isn't worth spit, but there it is anyway. There is no question in my mind that my pronouncement above is a legal one. But I could be wrong as I am not working in the legal profession - or any other for that matter. (Retired!)
