accumulated knowledge is worth. It is with that factual statement I would like to present a fact.
After knowing Ron R for well over a dozen years I would dare speculate his hourly rate is quite high. (If he practiced out here which i have asked him to do it would be even higher. In fact in an hour and a quarter I have to make a change to some personal documents that will cost me a huge hourly amount and I only wish that I was having Ron do this work, why......). Becuase he is one of the few attorneys of the dozens I know that I trust.
He has given to this board hundreds of hours of free legal advise. Some sought some not but all good advise because not only does it deal with the law as it is not as we would like it to be but because he has done hundreds of hours of backroom dd on PTSC via investigation and conferencing etc... he knows what he talks about. Most of what he tries to imply to all of us is not to get ahead of the curve.
Where we should be with this stock and where we are Ron has often pointed out is not the point. The point is that we are where we are and speculation and legal opinions on what judges and juries and "special masters" and our own Board and DL we have no control over or we as laymen do not understand the intracies of the law.
For some graduate study over forty years ago I attended law school here in San Diego at night after work to help for the purpose of helping me in business. What I took away from that experience or at least still remember is that:
....The best attorneys learn a lesson in law school and never forget it, to be a good attorney know how to argue and defend both sides of an issue so that you can hopefully defend and win your side well....that the law is not always what I consider fai.... the law is confusing (and thus high powered expensive attorneys)..... the law is written by men/women and therefore a way around it can be found by man (unlike God's law as it is in my opinion the inspired word of God and therefore it is THE, "Law".... and how the law is intereperted can be different from one lawyer to another, from one Judge to another (Tx vs Ca), from one appeals court to another (9th district vs. all other federal districts, from one National court (Supreme vs. World Court in the Haig) etc....
So, I for one have been grateful for Ron and Brian (who spent hours many many years ago defending this company and following the pattern that Swartz used in his buy and sell stradegy that to me made, (George Soros not Brian) look like an ametuer when it came to destroying a company or in the case of Soros a country by manipulation. I have learned from them and Lamb and Bush and BaNosser and Kidd and the tucci (brothers) and Wrench, Sabre and of course WOLF and Larry and so many others that I cannot either remember or list. We had a terrific poster maybe a dozen years ago or so that after being hounded and hounded by bashers just left the board and maybe the stock and I know there are others like him.
Bottom line appreciate the great value of the legal advise you get from Ron... all he is saying and the rest of you real attorneys out there should agree is that wrong legal advise is worse then bad legal advise as bad may have some basis in the law where wrong legal advise is ignorance and in my case and I am expert in this ignorance is and has been my downfall.
God Bless
