To suggest they did this with intent is ridiculous as the special master could have easily sided w Barco and threw out TPL's bogus IC's. I think they used up some of the special master's good graces by pushing the matter. If they had reverse engineering, it should have been produced when requested.

Why didn't he? Are you saying the SM is playing favorites? Why didn't Barco cite case law that would have compelled the motion to strike? I am sure you are smarter than our legal team so I will just defer to you on future legal matters.
