It's is worrisome especially since our SP trend has been so good the last 60 days.

Hopefully, TPL is not lazy but rather they could see this coming as an issue so they added that new team of lawyers last month since Barco was not cooperative in providing documentation.

I may be too generous to TPL but after all this time, it is hard for me to think that they would be caught off guard this badly.

My two cents which may not be worth even that much.
