I might suggest taking some night courses in litigation if you choose to continue rendering legal opinion. You really do not grasp the meaning of current state of affairs as it is applied to the case. Your over enthusiastic sense of desire of praise is leaving the average newbie confused on what is happening with the trial. I can agree with only 10% of your legal opinion and because of time restraints, I cannot follow current events as I have in the past. Yes, you have the right but if you think about it, you are not doing yourself anyone else any favors. GLTA
