I think the vast majority of investors are waiting for the Markman results (or should be)... which could happen any day... I think the Fri SM decision to give TPL 20 days to amend their ICs is being quite over blown... and being used as a reason to take profits or grab shares, and for the MMs to place some downward pressure on the stock... IMO TPL will respond regarding 'family of chips' within the next 10 days (probably this week), all the while continuing to tweak their ICs to what the SM has currently asked for..
