I guess Ron would be the best to answer this question, but anyone else with the expertise please feel free to jump right in.

1. How will the results of the Markman Hearing be released to the public? Via Pacer?

2. Who and How will interpet the results?

3. I understand that there are 10 different areas of contention. What would be considered to be a win for TPL. What if it's a border line decision? What happens then?

4. What type of win will it take to appreciate the stock price?
