We stipulated non infringement of the 584 and subsequently lost the appeal . Leckrone has asserted that they infringe on the 336. My question is, has the 584, especially claim 29 been changed enough to bring them back into play with the 584 patent. If not the 336 will have to do. I beleive ARM is watching or has even been participating in this current suit and the exparte reexaminations. Good bounce back today.
