I am not aware that ARM infringes on the 336. If anyone has anything to document it, please post.

IMO, ARM infringes on the 584 and 749. That would make sense since both have to do with handling of instructions. I find it interesting that ARM was one of the reexam requestors but has not intervened in the litigation like they did in Texas.
