Additionally... as I have posted previously .. during a phone conversation I had with Pohl yrs ago.. I asked directly if Arm infringed the '336.. and if so when we could see this pursued.. He stated that yes they (TPL) believe Arm infringes the '336, and then stated he fully expects them to be pursued for this infringment... fwiw..
