I understand that but I am asking a more basic question which is, "Now that the 584 is recertified, can we include ARM chips as infinging chips or is ARM forever granted as a non-infringing chip??

This is just unclear to me... Can Arm chips infringe the other patents? Can it infring teh 584?

Have we resolved the RIGHT SIDED issue? I assume if the words right sided are implied as per the claim construction of "instruction groups" then we can not sue ARM. Just very unsure the status of that given the recert without any changes..
