A while back you alluded to a conversation you had with a member of the BoD for PTSC, in that you discussed a way forward or a plan of action if the Markman Hearing results go our way.

I was wondering if you could share more details of your conversation, what ideas you may have, how Cliff was responsive or not, etc.

One thing that I believe absolutely must be done is to publish a joint PR with TPL explaining the positive Markman result with a deliberate message to on-notice infringers: The MMP has been through X number of re-exams, with X number of prior art reviews, etc...

The message must be "the gig is up --- no more delays, no more first-signer discounts."

It should also include a message that the PTSC and TPL will no longer tolerate infringers marketing and selling their products without an MMP license and that they will do everything within their rights to block such through courts or trade organizations.

They should also include in the PR a list of every company that has already signed onto the MMP (ex- non disclosed per agreement but list them as "additionally X number"), and also include a list of every company on notice of infringement.

I also think the company needs to have a clear, publically-available, strategic plan of paying out quarterly dividends based on MMP revenues.
