It had been reported recently that at the ASHM Dan Leckrone was quote as saying the Markman is a "slam dunk." That in and of itself had no meaning for me, because the man has zero credibility in my eyes.

It is my understanding and belief from a credible person (IMHO) who attended the Markman Hearing and who has a more intimate knowledge of the MMP patents and reverse engineering than any one of us, that TPL/PTSC made a stronger argument at the Markman for the more important of the 10 items being construed.

At the very least, it made me feel better about what took place.

That and $2 will buy you something somewhere.

Be patient, be hopeful, be prepared either way and be kind to each other. There are many longs who have weathered illness and perhaps more, while waiting for their PTSC ship to come in. Perhaps it won't be a ship but merely a row boat. No matter what....good luck to all of us.
