You have things slightly backwards. They don't get more control by changing the accounting for things. They get more control by changing ownership %'s or thru contractual agreements.

If we had more control we may be required to show PDS on the consolidated, instead of equity basis. What this means is that we would include all of PDS's assets and liabilities on our balance sheet. As of right now we do not have to do this, which is a good thing since PDS has a lot more liabilities than assets at the present.
