March 09, 2012 - Cirrus Logic Purchases Fast Logic™ Portfolio License

CUPERTINO, Calif. – December 1, 2011 – Alliacense today announced that Cirrus Logic, Inc. has purchased a Fast Logic™ Portfolio license from The TPL Group. The agreement resolves the patent infringement lawsuit filed by The TPL Group against Cirrus Logic. TPL filed suit against Cirrus Logic and 17 other companies in the US District Court for the District of Delaware in September. Cirrus Logic joins more than 20 other global electronics leaders, including Samsung, Broadcom, Philips and Freescale.
