Company "A" has has already bought an MMP license.

Company "B" remains on a TPL list of "alleged infringers"

Company "A" then acquires Company "B".

Does that allow TPL to go back on Company "A" (now A+B) and seek additional compensation?

What of the reverse action? i.e. Company "B" (alleged infringer) buys Company "A" (licensee).

DO NOT READ ANYTHING INTO THE USE OF "A" AND "B"!!

I could have used ♥ and ♠ but chances are someone will spend hours trying to find a hidden meaning!
