The increase to 500mil shares is old news(since the SHM in April, and actually before).. and besides it`s authorized, not yet issued
I couldn`t find were it stated the number of shareholders.. but that seems very low.. must not be counting the day traders from RB..
All in all no big surprises.. AMD does have an Ignite license and I can`t believe they wouldn`t be playing with it.. can they afford not to if it`s sitting in their lap??
