Well. i was there and i have been to three meeting where DL held court.

He always comes accross as extremely confident . As far as i can remember his answer was that , they were very confident in the outcome of the Markman. I do not recall him using the Slam Dunk comment.

We know that he is greedy, but could he be that stupid - not.
