I agree. I do not believe licenses prior to the Markman results will be any different from past licenses. IF we obtain a favorable Markman result, then I will be interested in discussing 'the plan'. If the opposite holds true for the Markman, then all of this talk about $s is meaningless. For once since 2006, I would like things to break in our favor. It would stil be nice if someone could confirm the 350m statement by Leckrone.
