Uhhm - I hope you're not a "portfolio manager" - LOL! That statement is completely false on so many levels.

However, I do agree with Opty - there is a much greater chance of reward than say investing in Apple. I told my father to jump in at .09 and in 3 weeks or less, the stock went up to .20. Large Cap stocks don't do that, but they also don't drop as fast.
