I don't know about the correlation of the site being down and Alliacense not selling the MMP but since the settlement they have not posted an MMP license purchase. A third party licensing agent would make sense. Would this have been a material event? I believe the only way to make sure we are getting a fair shake on licensing and the commingling issue was to eliminate Alliacense and bring in a neutral third party lincensing company. We shall see on the numbers.
