Governments………….A Major Cash Cow for the MMP?

I know much has been said about all the industries out their that use the MMP, however not much has been mentioned about the Governments.

Every Countries Government in the World is infringing on the MMP, I do not know if we can collect licensing fees from Uncle Sam, but we should be able to get licensing fees from every country….right?

Concerning Uncle Sam, I am ignorant of the law, but perhaps Ronran would clarify this, is our country on the hook for licensing fees?

The country or should I say countries cannot do what they do in their day to day operations with the same efficiency as they did 20 years ago.

Imagine getting licensing fees, and royalties from every government in the world!
