The Alliacense website thing did not concern me since there could be a number of explanations.

However I find it most interesting that all the pr history deals only with litigation. All licensing prs have been deleted. For any and all licenses. All those deletions had to be intentional. Not sure what that reflects, but it sure does seem odd.

The only thing that seems to fit what we see is that Alliacense may no longer be under TPL control. That could explain the website being temporarily out as well as the Alliacense license announcements being removed from TPL's site.
