I too am hoping for a positive Markman, followed by a spike and my exit.

Regarding PTSC's ability to carry on the licensing program without DL/Alliacense. Who is to say that the Alliacense team wouldn't be available to carry on as employees of PTSC. Also, one of the attorneys retained by PTSC (His name escapes me at the moment) has, I believe, extensive experience in this area. I think the BoD may have this one covered, just in case.
