Apparently I'm adding to the confusion. I knew that the Barco motion was to strike ICs, but I had also thought there were standing MSJs filed by the T3 of non-infringement that were waiting for the Markman so Judge Ware could make a final decision. I guess since there isn't , then those might be filed after the Markman. Corrections welcome.
