You caught that wording about "the first claim construction" That is exactly why I had posted on March 22 about another Markman for Judge Ware, where there were four claim construction hearings. Ron pointed out that in that particular case there were multiple districts involved.

However, clearly Judge Ware points out that this is the first claim construction. Is that an indication of more to come? I certainly don't know and most certainly hope not.
