As I`ve said before, it doesn`t appear that future losses incurred from the debentures has been totally resolved. I know we are putting the cart before the horse here but prior to any buy back of stock, I`d like to see that issue resolved. Perhaps in a similar manner to how we cleared the way for the TPL deal.
