<2) Due to the way the PACER system works, all of the parties to the case will get the Markman ruling at the same time, since all PACER entries are automatically distributed to all attorneys who are signed up for that particular case. This is what was so silly about the "Wolf PACER issue" of last year, i..e, distribution is not determined by the date some lawyer places on the document --- instead, distribution is determined by when the document is put into the system and then distributed by the system itself, with the document then being automatically disseminated to all other parties at the same time.>
Are you saying that one can never determine the date the pacer was disseminated by any date contained in or on the pacer? That situation seems a bit difficult to comprehend and I suspect would create some difficulties for the court and all concerned along the way.
