Pete,

I hate to rain on your parade, but there is no reason for Alliacense to be included as a plaintiff. Yes as defendant, but not plaintiff.

When we attempted to move the HTC and Acer cases to Texas we filed down there. If you scroll down the same list to the 2008 filing in EDofT against HTC and Acer you do not find Alliacense as Plaintiff, just TPL and PTSC.

But if email and phones are not operable, I agree that something is afoot.
