Here is what I know:

1. I spoke with the clerk of the court yesterday to ask about JudgeWare's wording in his recent order "the court conducted its first claim construction hearing." She indicated that she believed it may be more of usual and customary wording rather than any indication of future hearings. However, she didn't know for sure.

2. I called Alliacense....no answer. I wrote to Alliacense....no answer. I wrote to PTSC to inform them of my concerns about the Alliacense website being down for so long.....the response was that my concerns were forwarded to Alliacense.

3. A personal contact got through to someone at Alliacense. They are still there and the indication was they are working on the new website.
