The only thing that counts as well for us as for the infringing companies is a strong decision for our side regarding the claims in the MH.

How do we determine this? If the judge's decision matches what our side asked for? Do we expect TPL or PTSC to announce publicly, if it is overwhelmingly in our favor? What if it is a split decision, do we still comment publically on it? What if it is poor, do they bury it or just not talk about it? What if we(shareholders) conclude we won, but there is no PR issued?

Who will be the judge of what the judge says? Still too many questions...
