There is no concrete answer to that question.
The last time PTSC did well the BOD was able to publicize the gains. I can almost guarantee you if PTSC has something to trumpet they will not hesistate to do so. Until I see volume and PRs, I will always temper my expectations for any quarterly report, which I believe is the most prudent option at this time.
Lastly, your posts regarding Alliacense being out of the "MMP business" and your posts regarding a "substantially" positive quarterly report prior to any substantive development in the NDoC do not lend themselves to factual interpretation and the historical track record.
I would say PDS needs to fund their litigation against the T3 and costs are beginning to increase. The only way to pay for the costs is by licensing to bigger fish for nuisance values using their current fee structure. I would say that is most likely the situation. IMO the landscape changes with a truly decisive Markman in our favor.
