TPLs' payback of that $1mm+ at 5-10%, is going to be like an annuity. It'll take 20 years to recieve all of it. In the mean time, they're recieving almost half that amount in payments from us for legal expense. Why not just apply that principle to costs...and end some of the confusion. To me...it seems like a game of three card monty.
