It the revised IC's are well done, then Barco doesn't want them made publicized. If they are less than satisfactory, then we don't want them made public.

I don't believe the original IC's were made public and I think it is fair to assume that we are not going to see the amended ICs. I suspect both sides agreed long ago to put the IC's under seal.
